John’s experience in executive leadership and small business ownership coupled with the expertise in restoration and construction from other members on the leadership team will allow them to immediately serve and expand their customer base in southeastern Pennsylvania. John DeLuca, Owner
John brings a vast array of corporate leadership, business and franchise ownership, and residential investment and remodeling experience to this new Paul Davis enterprise. John served as a Regional Managing Director for over 20 years in a Fortune 500 company. Besides, he has invested in and owned three different franchised businesses and has owned and renovated multiple residential properties. He most recently started a remodeling firm in his territory which will help accelerate the growth of his new Paul Davis office. John’s business philosophy has always been to partner with exceptional people and keep his customers at the center of everything.
Jerry Cronin, General Manager
Jerry has over 15 years of experience in restoration, construction, and roofing. He most recently served as a national sales manager and before that was a consultant, business owner, and general manager for a well-established restoration firm. Jerry’s energy, commitment, and enthusiasm for this business embody everything for which Paul Davis stands. His talent, experience, customer focus, and cheer will be a driving force in this business.
Maurice Worthy, Project Manager, Remodeling
Maurice “Mo” Worthy brings a wealth of experience in construction and advertising. Mo recently founded his own advertising firm while running the operations of another well-established company. He was heavily involved in Habitat for Humanity and has also proudly served in the U.S. Army. His constant switched-on motor and commitment will drive a large remodeling business under Paul Davis.
John Polanin, Business and Bank Finance Manager
John “JP” Polanin will wear many critical hats in the new organization. He will be responsible for banking relations, corporate communications, lead management, customer service, and systems documentation. JP has been in the construction remodeling support function for over 5 years. JP’s ability to manage multiple priorities allows him to be the glue keeping all teams informed and aligned.
Seth Lange, Mitigation Manager
Seth will be responsible for all mitigation efforts in the field. Seth brings over 15 years of mitigation experience and will be responsible for demonstrating and reinforcing the “Paul Davis Way” for all current and future technicians. Seth will also be responsible for the warehouse management and structuring their contents business.
Dorothy Brower, Job Cost Accountant
Responsible for one of the most critical roles in our business, Dorothy will also oversee their bookkeeping, vendor relations, and office management. Her extensive accounting and insurance background and her ability to manage multiple initiatives at a time will make her a key component at the new office.
David Hassis, Business Development
David will be responsible for local marketing and the generation of new residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction business. He brings a wealth of sales experience from the insurance industry. David is an expert networker and will use this skill set to drive business from agents, adjusters, and property managers through the territory.
