Paul Davis Boosts Local Charitable Efforts

Across North America, communities count on Paul Davis to make lives better. Paul Davis people not only help neighbours recover from disasters large and small, they donate time generously to support charity. Here are just a few of the many causes to which Paul Davis franchises donated people, expertise, weekends, evenings and funds:

Rescuing Dogs: Paul Davis, Saskatoon joined locals at the third annual Young Brokers Network (YBN) Corporate Challenge Racing for Rescues. Hosted by the Saskatchewan YBN, the event benefited the Saskatoon Dog Rescue and Bright Eyes Dog Rescue organizations in Regina. Paul Davis employees joined the group for a day of fundraising competition events led by Outback Team Building & Training.

Cleaning Up Local Parks: Paul Davis of Suburban Virginia recently volunteered to clean up trash at Riverside Mount Vernon Park. Tucked between the George Washington Parkway and the Potomac River in Virginia, this compact park preserves ecologically important sites for threatened species near urban development. More than two dozen volunteers – including family members – turned out for the day-long event.

Helping Firefighters by Remembering 9/11: Multiple franchises participated in 9/11 Memorial Stair Climbs during the month of September, in which participants climb 110 floors for charity. Funds support local organizations and often the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The foundation’s mission honors fire heroes and helps survivors rebuild their lives as well as working within the fire service community to reduce deaths and injuries.
