Paul Davis Provides Support for Local Communities

As spring continues, Paul Davis is lending its people, equipment, time and expertise to worthy causes all over North America. Our employees are honoured to give freely of themselves to support the communities in which they live and work.

Here where our people pitched in recently:

Paul Davis Winnipeg Helps the Community During the holidays, the office spread the warm spirit by delivering a hamper to a family in need. “It was great to see how excited the kids were and how much they appreciated the gesture. Definitely, a feel-good moment shared within our team,” comments Ken Cruzat, the franchise owner.

Paul Davis GTA West Group in Canada Supports its Community. This office recently supported an initiative from the local nonprofit Toques from the Heart that donates a Canadian-crafted “hockey sock-style” toque for every toque purchased.

Celebrating Earth Day. Many Paul Davis locations are planning activities to celebrate Earth Day with its 2021 theme of “Let’s take care of the planet.” Many team members throughout the United States will pitch in during a Cleanup Week taking place from April 18 through April 24.

Paul Davis of Tampa, Florida, Supports Children. This location’s first annual Golf Classic event benefited the Children’s Dream Fund, a charity that helps children with life-threatening illnesses in West Central Florida. With help from team members, clients, and the franchisor, the office held a well-organized event that raised USD$12,000 for the nonprofit organization.

Paul Davis of Fort Collins, Colorado, Collaborates with Local Authorities. Team members from this office donated labour, materials, and clean-up to the local County Sheriff’s SWAT team for training exercises. Thanks to the materials donated, participants could be trained in a more realistic setting that they otherwise wouldn’t have access to due to budgetary reasons.

Paul Davis of North Florida Collects Water for Texas; Paul Davis of Houston Distributes. Team members from this office partnered with local businesses and mobilized citizens to help Texans who needed drinking water. In four days, they collected more than a thousand cases of water. Paul Davis of Houston received the donations and, with help from a local volunteer group called the Cajun Navy, they distributed water to people in need.
