Paul Davis Supports Our Local Communities

As we celebrate the holidays, Paul Davis team members are remembering, volunteering and lifting up those in need as well as the generous organizations that work so hard to better lives. Our team members are proud to offer time and expertise throughout the many communities we call home. Here’s where we warmed up the season recently:

Lighting the Night for Fallen Firefighters: Paul Davis of North Florida collaborated with the City of Jacksonville to light the Acosta Bridge, a city landmark, red. The initiative supports Light the Night Red for Fallen Firefighters, a 2-week event organized each year by the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation to show respect for our fallen heroes.

Installing Smoke Alarms: The American Red Cross, prevented by the pandemic from entering homes, turned to Paul Davis of Central Virginia for help offering free smoke alarms and escape plans to their clients. “We are so excited to help save lives and bring awareness about fire safety. We have already installed several alarms,” says Stephanie Dean, Vice President of Client Services.

Playing Ball for Special Needs: Paul Davis of Sioux City, Nebraska, volunteered on the diamond to help people of all ages with special needs participate in a friendly game of baseball. They helped athletes from Miracle League of Sioux City, a nonprofit providing recreational opportunities for people with disabilities, to bat, pitch and field.

Golfing for Charity: Paul Davis of Charleston, South Carolina, sponsored an annual golf tournament organized by the local fire departments. Team members grilled, led games like the pink tutu challenge and raised thousands of dollars to support local emergency responders.
