Canadian Red Cross through the
Disaster Response Alliance (DRA). This partnership strengthens our commitment to providing fast, effective disaster relief across Canada, ensuring that we are there for families, businesses, and communities when they need us the most.
Our Commitment to Supporting Communities
Each year, Paul Davis Restoration contributes
$75,000 towards the Canadian Red Cross to support critical emergency preparedness and disaster response programs. Over the course of three years, our total contribution will reach
$225,000, ensuring that we play a pivotal role in bolstering community resilience and disaster readiness.
Through this partnership, we are actively supporting the Canadian Red Cross in providing the following services:
Pre-positioning supplies to be ready for disaster response across the country.
Expanding the capacity of disaster teams to respond to emergencies such as floods, fires, and severe weather events.
Enhancing community emergency preparedness efforts to reduce the impact of future disasters.
Why It Matters
In Canada, the Canadian Red Cross responds to an emergency every three hours and assists an average of 78 people every day. Whether it’s responding to devastating wildfires, severe flooding, or major storms, the Red Cross is on the front lines providing essential support to those affected. By partnering with the Canadian Red Cross, Paul Davis Restoration ensures that help is always available when Canadians need it most.
The Paul Davis Week of Caring
As part of our commitment, Paul Davis Restoration franchises across Canada participate in the annual Week of Caring, a company-wide initiative that unites our 65+ franchise locations in fundraising efforts for the Canadian Red Cross. During this week, each franchise hosts a community-focused fundraising event, contributing to the overall goal of supporting the Red Cross’s disaster relief efforts.
Our franchises organize events like charity BBQs, silent auctions, and online fundraising campaigns, helping to raise funds to meet each location’s
$1,000 contribution towards the national goal of
$75,000.
