Mark and Mary are excited to serve home and business owners in their community. “We look forward to bringing our best-in-class Paul Davis brand to the Greensboro area providing great service and care to our community,” said Mark. They saw the business potential of the restoration industry and the collective value of becoming a franchisee to help them accelerate growth. All of which fits perfectly with a service company whose values and culture align with the principle: People first, the property next. “Having looked at several business opportunities over the past 18 months, we knew right away that we had found our home when we found Paul Davis,” said Mary.
Mark has been working in the corporate world for the past 35 years finishing his career as President of the Americas for a UK-based public company in the semiconductor electronics industry. Most recently, Mark launched a flash memory controller subsidiary and built that business from a zero-revenue base to an eight-figure highly profitable business which was divested in 2021. Mary is a teacher and lifelong artist. She has been working full-time in her studio as a professional clay sculptor for the past 5 years. Both Mark and Mary are experienced home renovators, and they look forward to bringing their knowledge and passion to serve not only people in their time of need but also their committed Paul Davis employee team.
Family
They have two grown children, Mason and Delaney, and a 2-year-old standard poodle named Mojo. Mason lives in the Houston area with his wife Ana, and Delaney lives in New York City.

Starting Team
“We are opening our office with a great starting team of experienced restoration industry professionals.” Michael Lowe has more than 10 years of experience as a Senior Restoration Project Manager. Patrick Smith leads the Mitigation team having 25 years of experience, including water damage mitigation. Elizabeth Socha is the JCA and Office Manager and has 7 years of experience in similar roles within the construction and restoration industry. “Our starting team is fully aligned with our values, and is excited to help us grow our business while fulfilling our mission and delivering on our brand promise,” concluded Mark.
