Jeremy’s days now start promptly at 7AM in Orlando with a walkabout to check the trucks and then look over the day’s calendar to see where the technicians are going that day. “My purpose,” explains Jeremy, “is to stage the crew trucks for success before they leave the shop.” As the mornings continue, Jeremy takes to the road as well; visiting sites where Paul Davis crews are working. “It’s my favourite part of the job. Working with the technicians mitigating situations onsite and especially showing and teaching our younger technicians how to manage their work for success. When the day’s plans come together it immediately shows and our goals are reached; it’s really great to see ‘the light bulbs go on’ for our newer technicians after they successfully complete a task. When we also do that right in front of a homeowner or property manager that’s huge fun, too. Because they get to see firsthand what we can do to eliminate their problems after water, fire, asbestos, or mould damage.“
