President & Chief Executive Officer, Paul Davis
Rich Wilson began his career in franchising in 1986 with College Pro Painters. He was attending Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and needed a substantial amount of income to pay for tuition. Owning a painting business that operated in the summer seemed the best way to afford Rich the opportunity to stay in school. Fortunately, the business was successful and the tuition was paid. Upon graduation in 1988, Mr. Wilson accepted a position with the franchisor and eventually worked his way up to Vice President in 1993. He expanded his division into New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, doubling its sales over eight years. In 1997, Mr. Wilson was recruited by AAMCO Transmissions in Philadelphia. He served in several senior positions in Franchise Sales, Operations and the Parts Department. It was during this time that Rich learned many of the skills necessary to run a full time franchise organization. In 2003, Mr. Wilson accepted a position with CertaPro Painters as Executive Vice President, where he focused on improving franchisee productivity and profitability. He took over day to day operations in 2008 and named Chief Operating Officer. In 2010 he was appointed President and CEO writing service over seeing $313M in System Wide Sales in his final year at CertaPro, 2014. In March of 2015 Rich was named President and CEO of Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. Mr. Wilson and his family reside in the Philadelphia area.
Ken Robinson
Ken Robinson
President, Company Owned Operations North America

Ken was the first franchise owner in Canada and founder of Paul Davis Canada. He operated in the field for 18 years at the Scarborough/Toronto franchise, as well as trained and launched franchises across Canada. In 2004, the Toronto franchise was sold and Ken joined Paul Davis Systems Canada as Sales and Marketing Vice-President, a position he held until he became President in 2007. Ken has held every major position in the company. He is an Xactware trainer and an expert in the field. He is also currently the chairman of the RCOC in Canada. Ken is certified as a Master Restorer from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In June of 2014, FirstService Brands expanded their line of Brands with the addition of Paul Davis, adding 66 franchises to the Paul Davis Network, bringing the total number to more than 370.

Bill Dietz

Regional Vice President, Canada
Bill Dietz is responsible for the Canadian operations at Paul Davis. His continued focus is on delivering outstanding customer and client experiences, maintaining strong franchisee profitability and growing market share in Canada.Bill joined Paul Davis in 2011 and has been part of the FirstService Brands team since 1998. Prior to joining Paul Davis, Bill was the Manager at First Service Brands’ LDP program, where he delivered training and provided coaching on a number of leadership and management development skills across the organization. His past experience also includes successful stints as a College Pro franchisee in Mississauga, a General Manager at College Pro Painters in both Ontario and Alberta and as a start up coach for franchisees at CertaPro Painters throughout North America.

Corporate Legal Counsel
Laura Ferrante joined Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. as Corporate Legal Counsel in October 2012. Laura has more than 25 years’ experience in insurance and construction litigation, contract negotiation and preparation, mediation/arbitration, as well as regulatory compliance and audit oversight in highly regulated industries. Laura is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating conferred for legal ability and ethical standards of conduct. Laura graduated from the University of Florida and the Florida State University College of Law and is a member of the Florida, Jacksonville and American Bar Associations.

Chief Financial Officer / CFO
Barry Floyd was named Chief Financial Officer of Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. effective February 2013. Prior to this, Barry served as Controller and Director of Franchisee Accounting for the company. Barry is a Florida certified public accountant and has been employed by PDRI since October 2000. Before Paul Davis, Barry worked for Alliance Mortgage Company (now EverBank) and Acosta Sales and Marketing as an analyst. Barry is a member of the Jacksonville Lean Consortium and Construction Financial Management Association and holds a BA in Accounting and MBA from Stetson University.
Shawn Clark

Chief Information Officer / CIO
Shawn Clark is an IT Executive with more than nineteen years experience in shaping and directing cost-effective IT operations in the healthcare, education, government, and insurance industry. After graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a double major in Economics and Communications, he moved to Florida where he lead the IT department of a 700 bed community hospital and level one trauma center for sixteen years. During this time he received his Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) certification and a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida State University. His passion for serving the most vulnerable people in the community led to the Chief Information Officer position with Paul Davis Restoration, Inc.
Ed Waller
Ed Waller
Chief Brand Officer / CBO
Ed Waller brings more than 20 years of brand strategy, marketing and franchising expertise to Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. as Chief Brand Officer. Most recently, he spent 23 years with CertaPro Painters as Co-Founder and founding franchise owner. He directed all brand and marketing efforts from 2004 to 2015 and managed a $9MM marketing fund. Ed is Past Chair of FCMC, the Franchise Consumer Marketing Conference. He was a TFC Shareholder during the ’90s, as well as owner of a Dot Com start-up. Ed has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from the University of Waterloo.
Brad Cowan

Senior Vice President of Business Development
Brad Cowan has been with Paul Davis Restoration since July 2015 as Senior Vice President of Business Development where he oversees Paul Davis’ national business partnerships, as well as the national business development team. Prior to his time with Paul Davis, Brad spent 24 years supporting the insurance replacement industry, most recently as Corporate Vice President at Enterprise Rent A Car where he managed many business partnerships with U.S. Insurance Carriers and Collision Industry Partners. He received a BBA Management degree from West Georgia University.  Brad was previously on the Executive Board of “Parents as Teachers,” a national education organization focusing on early childhood education and support programs.
Tim Heggie

Tim joined Paul Davis Restoration in 2016 as the Vice President of Business Development for Canada. Prior to coming to Paul Davis, Tim built a career in operations with customer service driven organizations such as Enterprise Rent a Car and Pella Windows and Doors. Having spent the majority of his career at Enterprise Rent a Car in both Canada and the US, Tim lives by the philosophy that if you take great care of your customers and your employees, your company will profit and grow.
Over the years, Tim has been involved in many community organizations, including the United Way and March of Dimes. Tim also spent three years as a board member for Career Colleges Ontario.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.
Darin Davies

Vice President of Franchise Development
Darin’s career with Paul Davis began more than 12 years ago as a General Manager in one of our local franchise offices. Since then he has spent 10 years as a Regional Manager for the Western and Pacific region for Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. before transitioning into his new role of Vice President of Franchise Development in January of 2015.  Darin is a marketer by education with a broad career track spanning marketing, sales, operations, hospitality and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Dan Hopkins

Director Franchise Development, Canada
Dan Hopkins joined Paul Davis Canada in March 2017 and brings more than 35 years of Canadian franchise development expertise to Paul Davis Restoration, Inc. Most recently, he spent the prior 9 years developing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK – The Movers Who Care brand in Canada as COO and has headed up new franchise development in Canada for multi-national brands like Midas, Wendy’s, KFC and Mail Boxes Etc. Dan is a graduate of Humber’s Civil Engineering program and the Queens Executive Program.
