New owners Manuel and Mildred Martinez are excited to inform you about the opening of their new office Paul Davis of South San Diego County, CA! Manuel and Mildred have been married for a little over 19 years and have two children: Yaremi (20) attends San Diego State University and Alex (19) attends the University of Tennessee. Focused on being family-oriented, Mildred and Yaremi look forward to aiding Manuel in the start-up process of the new business to ensure its success.

Having received his contracting license in April of 2007, in total, Manuel has been in the construction business for over 19 years. His first involvement with Paul Davis was actually in 2003 when he responded to an advertisement for a tradesman. Over time, Manuel built his own construction and remodeling company “Del Rey Construction & Remodeling” focusing primarily on residential homes. This, however, did not divert his focus and motivation from realizing one of his lifelong goals, to become a franchise owner. Now in 2021, he is thrilled to announce that he has achieved it, and with no company other than Paul Davis! What was merely a dream has now become a reality. With the help of family and dedicated employees, they will serve the South San Diego community the Paul Davis Way.
